Sergels torg is the centrepiece of the redevelopment of downtown Stockholm, which was carried out in the mid-1960s. After 50 years of service to Stockholmers it’s time to repair and renew the structure of the square and the surrounding streets. The renovation commenced in 2012 and is due to be complete by 2018.
